At the end of last year we became employee owned. Employee ownership formalises the long-held ethos of our practice: that our success is rooted in the talent, dedication, and contribution of our team. This transition allows us to demonstrate our commitment to them and provides a natural progression that secures the future of both the company and its people. As employee owners, we are all invested in the long-term direction and stability of CLD, where we can all share in its success.
We have created the new structure with transparency from the outset and collectively agreed to establish an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). The Trust acts on behalf of all employees and places their values at its core. As Charlie Luxton Design comes of age, we are excited for the future. Becoming employee owned builds a motivated and invested team, fostering long-term resilience and sustainable growth.
