PLANNING APPLICATION GRANTED

Our project near Burford has received planning permission.  This means we can move on to the more technical design stage which will include PHPP modeling and the additional detailing and specification required to help create a low energy dwelling.

The farmhouse has been in the family for over 50 years.  Having been lived in by a tenant for a majority of that time, the client now wishes to bring the property back to its former glory. The new design concept involves creating a low energy exemplar which embraces the local vernacular and has a minimal impact on its 1.7 acre setting.

The completed building will be the clients’ family home and as such is being designed as a ‘home for life’.
