Available for Rent

This stone barn conversion in North Cornwall is available to rent as a holiday let. Situated in the North Cornish AONB between Padstow and Newquay and a short distance from Bedruthan Steps. The barn is a very low energy conversion, using mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) and high levels of insulation meaning it virtually heats and cools itself. A comfortable open plan living area, and three bedrooms sleeping up to 8, using natural and locally sourced materials and a neutral colour palette create a calm and restful holiday home.
