We are very excited to have received planning permission for this low energy housing development in Oxford.
The scheme aims to provide housing by replacing a building which has been standing empty for some time. It is always a difficult decision to replace rather than re-use a building, and one which we don’t take lightly. But this one is unfortunately now beyond repair.
The building will sit at a road intersection with the design complimenting the adjacent buildings and enhancing the character of the area. We are proposing to increase biodiversity net gain by introducing native species to planting beds, courtyard gardens and window boxes.
