Rotunda House

A few years ago we were invited to pitch an idea for a new home for Prue Leith and John Playfair. Luckily for us they loved our contemporary re-imagining of the English country house.

The house features a prominent ‘Piano Nobile’, a raised ground floor containing the main living and public spaces, and is arranged around an existing barn which was incorporated in to the scheme.

The true heart of the building of course is the kitchen, where Prue was able to apply her long standing knowledge of perfecting their design. Prue, John and the house are featured in todays Sunday Times Home supplement, both online and in print.
