Team outing to the Cotswold Distillery

Happy New Year!

Before Christmas the Charlie Luxton Design team visited the Cotswold Distillery. Just a stones throw from our studio, the distillery has been making award winning gin for the past 9 years. This was a natural choice while waiting for its English whiskey to mature. The Cotswold Distillery is one of the only three whiskey distillers in England.

We had a fascinating tour where we learned a whole new lexicon of terms for gin and whiskey making. And were introduced to their beautiful copper stills, Dolly and Fanny. The trip would not be complete without a thorough tasting of their varieties of gin too!

Well worth a visit.
