Planning permission

Even during lockdown the planning wheels were still turning and we were granted planning permission for the remodelling and extension of this Victorian farmhouse. The family have now outgrown the house and our proposals seek to provide more suitable living and bedroom spaces.

The house will receive a significant thermal upgrade in order to minimise heat loss and the extension has been designed to be significantly better performing than building regulations stipulations.

The chosen materials for the house, extension and surrounding outbuildings will bring a more cohesive feel to the property and unify the current eclectic use of materials on the existing buildings.
