A client with extensive experience in property development approached us to collaborate on the remodelling and refurbishment of a mid-century modern bungalow on the edge of a village in Buckinghamshire. Given the location of the building and how engaged the client was with the design process we jumped at the chance.

Working with the existing building fabric the internal layout was remodelled to open up the spaces and improve the connection to the terraced garden and amazing views. The project management was taken on by the client who’s levels of organisation and attention to detail were the perfect match to our sustainably driven design led approach.
