Urban Site Redevelopment

An exciting opportunity for us to be involved in the redevelopment of a more urban site.  

The building is an ex-antique shop in a conservation area of this mainly residential street.  The plan is to demolish the existing building and then start again.

The site is challenging to say the least with buildings in close proximity on all sides.  We intend to create a three-storey, upside-down house around an atrium in order to bring in as much light as possible.  The ground floor will be garage and studio, the bedrooms and bathrooms on the middle floor and the living area on the top floor with a terrace for some outside space.
