Planning submitted

We’ve just submitted a planning application to undertake a substantial re-modelling of a mid-Victorian house that had been altered and extended several times. Quite a challenge. A key part of the plan is to re-locate the main access which currently divides the house from the garden therefore separating it from it’s extensive outdoor space. Removal of various extensions and relocation of the access will re-orientate the house as well as help strip it back to it’s original Arts & Crafts character.
