Just over a year ago we received planning permission to renovate and extend a 1960s bungalow with the aim of creating a higher thermally performing building and improved living spaces to better suit the needs of a young family. To be sure they were taking the right approach the client asked us to assess the feasibility of demolishing the building altogether and building from scratch. Proving that patience pays off, we have now received permission for the revised application meaning our client achieves the home they really want.
