We have just submitted a planning application for a replacement dwelling in Buckinghamshire. The original house dated back to the 1850s and had been extended a number of times and this piecemeal approach had left little evidence of the original building. Our proposal aims to create a modern home that consolidates the footprint of the existing buildings and is an exemplar of sustainable design, whilst providing the client with a greatly improved connection to the extensive gardens.
