Concept sketches are developed early on in the design process to quickly generate, test and present ideas to the client. They will be included in a ‘Book 1’ feasibility study which we undertake at the start of every project. We usually develop a couple of different sketch schemes to help focus the design direction and this process enables us to understand the site, develop the clients brief and explore a range of opportunities for the project.
